Subject: REUNION HOTEL UPDATE

The Reunion BRAT just contacted me regarding our hotel for the reunion in San Antonio this coming October. We have sold out the rooms that were in our block. If you are going to the reunion and need a room, please contact the BRAT at the following number: 1-360-663-2521. She is making a priority list that will be used to fill behind cancellations for those who have changed their plans. IF YOU HAVE A ROOM RESERVED THAT YOU WILL NOT BE USING, PLEASE CONTACT THE BRAT AND RELEASE THE ROOM THROUGH HER SO THAT IT WILL GO TO ONE OF OUR VSPA MEMBERS WHO NEEDS A ROOM. She is also working with the sister hotel across the street to arrange overflow rooms. She also needs to talk with you if you want a room in the sister hotel across the street.

We initially blocked the same number of rooms that we had last year. We added more rooms and have booked all of those too. Remember, if you want to cancel a room, DO NOT contact the hotel. Call the Reunion BRAT so that she can give the room to one of our VSPA members who wants to attend the reunion.
