Subject: REUNION INFORMATION REGARDING HOTEL AVAILABILITY BEFORE AND AFTER THE REUNION

Hello to all.

VSPA President Jerry Nelson has requested that I send out the following information:

Jerry is out of town and away from the Internet until Friday, March 15. The Reunion BRAT has been working to add additional rooms to the period three days before and three days after the reunion at the hotel’s reunion rate of $139. The hotel has reported that more rooms have been reserved before and after the reunion than expected, which is why some people found it difficult to make reservations for those days over the weekend. While that has been corrected, the rooms three days before and TWO days after the reunion are available at the reunion rate. However, the third night after the reunion (October 15th ) is sold out at the reunion rate based upon space availability. It is possible that the person who wants an additional night on the 15th may have to move to a different room at a different rate.

The hotel and the Reunion BRAT are working on this issue. If you have any problems, please give the Reunion BRAT a call at (360) 663-2521.
