Subject: URGENT CRITICAL REMINDER FOR REUNION REGISTRATION

HELLO TO ALL ~

Yesterday was the deadline for submission of our 2019 reunion registration forms to the Reunion BRAT. Based upon the number of hotel registrations, over 100 people are LATE sending in their registration forms. I discussed this with the Reunion BRAT and she will continue to accept late registrations. However, due to the late and missing registrations, she will have to delay the reunion confirmations until she can send a mass mailing on or about September 16. Registrations received after the 16th will receive their confirmation at the reunion. Her work for us is labor intensive in her office and then she must mail all welcome packages to our hotel.

Your registrations are critical for planning and preparation. The Reunion BRAT uses the information that you provide to complete our Entry Authorization List for Andrews AFB. She also uses the information to prepare your reunion identifications, labels for your reunion welcome packages, and rosters for you that will be in the welcome packages. All of these items must be printed and stuffed into the welcome packages along with all meal and event tickets that she designs and prints for us. The most critical need for those forms is to finalize ALL CONTRACTS AND PLANS FOR BUSES AND MEALS. She must pay thousands of dollars to the hotel in ADVANCE for all meals. Your Board of Directors also has several logistics issues that use the information as we plan special events and coordinate with Andrews AFB, order reunion pins and commemorative items for our 25th Anniversary. We have been planning for over a year; however, the people we coordinate with need final numbers. Please help us help you have a great reunion.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE MAIL IN YOUR REGISTRATIONS! DO NOT DELAY!

IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATIONS, TIME IS RUNNING OUT. MAKE THOSE RESERVATIONS NOW. THERE ARE MANY OTHER EVENTS IN THE AREA THAT NEED HOTEL ROOMS. TO RECEIVE OUR PREFERRED CONTRACT REDUCED RATE, CONTACT THE HOTEL NOW.
