In Bay County, the Veterans council has a color guard, we are from all services, with the service hat we used, for me it is the black beret with ether the QC, Security Forces and the VVA patch in it. We have from 9- 14 members at a Military funeral, flag folders, flag line, chaplain, 3-7 firing squid, bugler and commander. Sometimes the military brings a full unit but mostly just 2 to fold the flag. We do this 12 months a year, so far this year we have done someplace near 75 funerals or other services IE. flag raising.

The Vet's council, when we fold the flag we wear white gloves at all times when we are handling the Flag, we fold the flag correctly, 13 times, and tuck it in, some of the military do not know how to do this. And the red is never shown on the one corner.
