"I heard what the two of you were saying through the speaker and I most certainly do NOT have a hairy back!" KS begins pounding on the door and tugging at the doorknob.

JD leaps away from the speaker phone to the door. "Oops, must have leaned against the button," he thinks as he hastily shoves a bookcase against the door.

"What are you doing?" Scully tries to stop JD, but William wakes up and begins wailing.

"I'm not sure what I'm more afraid of: Aliens with claws and hairy backs or a pissed-off KS when she finds me in here alone with you," JD gulps as he searches for yet more furniture to pile up against the door to wield off KS' with her super-human strength.

"You're not alone with Scully," says a soft voice behind JD.
