Page 369 of Stone Alone... Bill's Book. Yeah I know it's old news but it needs to be be repeated because of The Stones trying to "White wash" Brian completely out of the Stones story. That is the reason I am trying to get this message out. I know I have missed a lot of things regarding the relationships within the band.

I do want to mention the "We Love You" video... what band would put footage of their "friend" stoned and completely out of his mind in a video in the first place? Right after Brian was just busted as well (for that matter Keith and (Mick had been busted earlier that year as well). Regardless, the video damaged Brian's reputation (the video is shown in 25X5 documentary) and only enhances Mick & Keith. Mick states Brian "was just gone" Keith states "we had to decide what to do with Brian" and "he was already up in the stratosphere blah blah blah". Think the police back then didn't see this and say let's go after Brian?!! Thanks again to Mick, Keith. Very poor taste on their part making the video (reshowing the video footage in 25X5) and once again throwing Brian (even 25-50 years later!!) under the bus. Pathetic... despicable any other words describing how they treated Brian then and to this day.

What do we ever read about today? Oh, Brian was an asshole, not a nice person, impossible to deal with, we had no choice but to let him go etc... See my point? That is why I am writing this stuff. With today's press clippings, interviews, TV Documentary's, it's NOT a two way street and Mick & Keith deserve a hell of a lot of blame. They were just as impossible to deal with, if not more so, than Brian if you ask me. They WERE NOT friendly to Brian, and if anything, judging by their actions (various events) THEY were NEVER friends to Brian. All of these various events over the years leads to this question...how could Mick & Keith get Brian out of the way (permanently) so they could HOG/OWN all of the success. Through the years, they DID A LOT OF DAMAGE to Brian. Greedy bastards. Not trustworthy. Anything else I miss? Why is it that other musical peers (like the Beatles) had only nice things to say about Brian as a person? Even ex girlfriends say nice things (not always but they cut Brian SOME slack). Mick & Keith have practically NOTHING positive to say about Brian...50 years later!! Unbelievable.
