Not sure what you meant about Norah Jones-the host always announces the musical guest at the end of the monologue.

In The Hobbit, Gollum makes Bilbo play a game of riddles (They would alternate between telling riddles and guessing the answers to their opponent's). This is the most famous scene in The Hobbit, and I was thinking that Gollum could make the stars play a similar game in order to get the Oscar back. This would require a lot more thought, but if I could get the riddles to have to do with the Oscars or at least current events, it could be pretty funny.
