Time for the final portion of my review, critiquing what I consider to be the best Weekend Update of the summer. Here we go:

- Iraqi constitution: my joke
- Both Gaza withdrawl bits: mine as well
- BTK: the punchline was hilarious, totally out of left field.
- RAcist restaurant: that was also mine
- Trucker ruling: The punchline had potential, but it seemed to fall a little short, it just didn't have a strong enough impact.
- tainted water: loved it.
- video game violence: clever, but this joke's been done before.
- book vending machines: very funny.
- insulting bills: I couldn't really follow this, and the Pinto-Spotted Dick part just confused me.
- altered light speeds: clever, but again, it just seemed to fall short. Masturbation didn't seem like the most effective way to wrap it up.
- Walter Jones: Bleh. Car bombs don't make for good humor.
- oil price predictions: so-so
- Vioxx ruling: A little unexpected, but okay.
- Tina's comments to Merck: Nice.
- Yahoo Serious commentary: I don't know who this guy is, and I didn't really find his commentary that funny. The premise of trademarking his name just fell flat. Plus, "Fuck" didn't need to be used, in my opinion. That did nothing for the bit.
- San Francisco explosion: very nice lines, loved the "flaming" pun.
- Ferret Olympics: This had no humor, the punchline wasn't clever at all. It could have been better.
- Loch Ness hoax: This failed because you got the stereotypes messed up - Scottish people are stingy, it's the Irish who always drink.
- Tiger warning: I liked this because human stupidity is always so amusing
- Howard STern show: I'm not a fan of STern or his antics, but this was a very nice joke.
- overweight kids: I love South Park references.
- Courtney Love: Courtney and Dennis Rodman jokes have been done to death, so I didn't really care for this.
- Disney factory: I love a good jab at the Disney company. Good job.
- Ben Affleck: This wasn't funny at all.
- Eminem: A quick slam at a rapper I hate was okay, but the "do-able list" piece at the end wasn't necessary.
- Kanye West: Again, not funny at all.
- Guiding Light: Hilarious.
- Roger Ebert review: For a second, I was worried this would turn out to be like those god-awful Gene Shalit spoofs, but it was short, sweet and clever. I liked it.
