(Fake news music plays)

Good evening and this is the report! I'm Mark Jennings Reese II and I have an opinion...

Tonight's show will certainly be an interesting one. Why? Because of Colin Farrell. But what Colin Farrell will we see tonight? Drunk Farrell? Playboy Farrell? Or will we see Overrated Actor Farrell? We will have to wait and see!

But before that, it's time to report the Colin Farrell episode of Saturday Night You!

First sketch...a Bush opening

Hillary, nice sketch but could have been much much funnier. Not bad, thou. Better than my Oliver Stone opening.

Next...the monologue

I liked the idea...I like the script, but personally, I think my monologue was much better. Just an opinion, thou.

Next...Texas Chainsaw Weight Loss!

I'm just kidding with my title. Took it from Patton Oswalt. Anyhow, good short sketch. Jack, you nailed it!

Next...Sticky Wickets

Ragan, I normally love your work on here, but I really lost interest in this one, about midway thru. Sorry. Good effort for what its worth.

Next...That fuckin' old navy kid, "They sure are festive!"

Ryder, this was possibly the best sketch I've read in the entire update. Totally on! I hope you join us for Chat on Sunday.

Next...I love the new Guns'N'Roses album...what, it's not Guns'N'Roses? Total mind blow!

Just kidding. Jim, this was a good sketch, that went on for just a little too long. Sorry. It's was a good sketch thou. Amy was good as the female clerk, but I kind of thought of Maya at first. It was a good casting call!

Next...Get Mr. Farrell some hot coffee!

I want to thank Jack for helping me finish the Drunken Xmas sketch. I would have never thought of Argent, but you did, Jack! Good job by both of us!

Next...Weekend Update with 2 nerdy chicks, written by 2 nerdy dudes!

I want to make a call out to the other writers here, please, please help us out. WU is the one sketch they can be really great if we come together to write. I've been carrying WU on my back all season. Both the commentaries were mine...and I even had one feature cut that I wrote with a friend of mine. We all need to pitch in! Jack, your jokes were really good. Our WU meshed will this week. Thanks!

Next...Death became him

Another well rounded sketch this week by Jack. I have no real comments. It was one of the better this week.

Next...Excellent!

A good sketch that proves we have several wild and crazy minds running this website. Very good.

Next...News for the brothers and the sisters

This was mine. I really wanted this one on for Luke Wilson. I had a few more ideas for this week, that I had to move around for the future. I think I will end up doing this sketch again, some time in 05. I've also decided, I will take this sketch with me when I get on SNL. Just hope there are good black comedy stars on the show when I get there. Comments please!

Next...Is the secret out?

Tina Fey's star, the untolded story revealed...well not yet, you have to buy the book. Damn it! A good sketch, thou picking on Tina isn't really cool, but it was funny.

Next...To watch or not to watch, that is the question

As I can recall, this sketch is based on an actual experience. Patrick, this is so Larry David of you. And it was funny too. Which pulled the story together, in my experience.

And in the end...

I think Will Forte said it based as President Bush, "We're working hard! We'll come in on Saturday's?!"

I think I speak for Jack Farrell, when I say, "We've been coming in on Saturday's!"

Jack had 3 plus WU
I had 2 plus WU plus 2 features on WU

Where is everyone else?
I hope for "Ryder" to write some goodies for De Niro. I know I'm going to try. Hey guys and gals, how about no DeNiro Movie Parodies! We did that last time! Try for something else. I have mindful of ideas and I've alreayd started.

Final Thoughts...good show. I hope SNL can beat us, for entertainment sake.

For The Jennings Report, I'm Mark Jennings Reese II and good night!
