I doubt she lip sanc the entire song. The vocal track only played for the opening bars and when there were harmonies or multiple vocal layers. The initial layer was probably just for an echo effect.

Still...why didn't she say something into the mic? Why didn't she mention it to her band? Didn't the band notice they were playing the same song twice and that's not normal?
