If you are going for Powell to be a studious and serious-type guy, then go with Kenan as the person. He seems like the type for the job playing more political people. However, if you remember recently, Colin Powell sang kareoke of YMCA. May-be you might want to lampoon that idea and make Colin flamboyant person, then go with Finesse. He does a great job with those type of characters.
