Just try cramming as many over-yours-and-my-head obscure references as you possibly can. For example:

"John Kerry's Idea to stimulate the economy makes about as much sense as Tom Daschlle and A-Rod doing the tango in turkmenistan, cha-cha!"

or...

"Senator (INSERT NAME HERE)'s speech kinda had a Jimmy Stewart thing going here. But at the end, Babe, it started to derail like Soul Train did when Don Corneilius left."

Something to that attitude. The same kind of attitude & obscurity should happen when he's interviewing someone. Such as...

"So Governor/Mayor (INH), you have a budget plan that makes about as much sense as "Gattaga", "Vanilla Sky" & "No way out" all rolled into one, could you sum it up in english please? or would you prefer binary code like the rest of us?"

Stuff like that.
