Okay, taking a cue from Pat, I'm going to try and go into more detailed review segments. Let's go:

CO: Very clever setup, turning it from Bush's lack of information about a terrorist attack to calendar issues. There were a number of humorous lines, the "women getting mean every 28 days" as a result of terrorism, eliminating Santa Claus as a threat and hoping they'll find WMDs at the North pole, ect. The sketches on this site have a great manner of parodying Bush, and this carries on the tradition well; portraying him as a man who wants to come off as intelligent and well-meaning, but his overall cluelessness just messes it up.

Mono: I enjoyed the line about the delay, and how Janet went along with it, and Jimmy playing with Horatio's nipples was a wierd touch. However, this skit would probably be more impressive if done visually. Repetition of the "Ms. Janet if you're nasty" joke has been done to death since the scandal at the Super Bowl, and I really didn't understand the point of having the Nigerian Marathon runner going back and forth across the stage. Also, if Jimmy and Horatio are together, they have to start cracking up for no apparent reason, it's like a tradition now.

Maronga Baby Food: This was disgusting, unfunny, and trite. The use of children using animal feces, or any other gross product, has been repeated ad infinitum on a number of skit shows. You really just went for a gross out in the preparation, and it didn't result so well. Sorry.

Archie & Friends: As a man who is sick of the wholesome image in the Archie cartoons, I loved this. Sure, it was a little predictable that Archie would start speaking like a rapper, but it was still amusing to see this lily-white punk transformed. Watching the other characters break down was a very unique touch, but I must complain, you didn't do a thing about Jughead's excessive eating. Why didn't the stress make him a bulimic? The slavery comment was a very good way to start off welcoming the new student, and the commentary was a fitting finish.

Life Today: Sorry Pat, but this did nothing for me. First off, killing stupid people to stop them from reproducing has been used in George Carlin's routine, Dilbert cartoons, and the like. Secondly, I couldn't really find too many funny lines. I did like MacAbee's comment about the audience, and the use of TV Guide crossword puzzles as a sign of stupidity. To make it more humorous, I'd recommend going into a Jeff Foxworthy like scenario, "You might be stupid if..." or something like that, and then have the host get offended if he meets some of the criteria. Just my opinion, though.

WU: A lot of good jokes today. The "penises are for vaginas" was funny, but it didn't need a Sept. 11 line to lead up to it, it would have been better on its own. Also, the asteroid joke wasn't worded very well, it should have been, "this investigation is being handled by the Bush intelligence committee" or something of that nature. The rest of the jokes were very humorous, and there were no commentaries that might have weighed it down. Short and sweet, I liked it.

The Flag: OMG this is just wierd! I haven't seen a patriotic sketch so strange since Will Ferrel's flag speedo. Every successive use of the flag was just bizarre and added to the humor. More sketches should be done like this, a build-up of the absurd and the insane until the culmination. His line at the end was great as well.

Wrigley's Boner Gum: Another unfunny commercial parody. It would have been slightly funnier if it showed the women gradually becoming exhausted due to excessive sex, but it just delved into a "hate my wife for doing this to me and I'll kill her" without the humor. Ken, I have noticed a pattern in your sketches. They all revolve a man or woman who makes the wrong choice, and the horrors that result from it. It's an okay pattern to follow, and you've gotten some good sketches out of it, but sometimes a change is for the better.

Enemies of the FCC: I don't know how to review this, it was just a little too strange, but it didn't really appeal to me in the humor department.

Jay-C Show: First, this is a nice continuation of "Pedophile Weekly," a skit that deserves a bit of repetition (maybe bring on Pete Townsend and Gary Glitter for the next episode). Unfortunately, it kind of deviates from here. Jay-C's visions aren't really that interesting when they can't be seen and are only text. The use of a cut to stop the breast exposure was fitting, and in true SNL style. I think it could have been a little better, though, if it showed Jay-C interviewing specifically the left breast, having it complain about being ignored and overlooked at the super bowl, ect. Still, it was a good effort.

PS: DGR4, you seem to have knowledge of cartoons and comics, maybe you could help me out with a couple of skits: I want to do a Sailor Moon parody for the Olsen twin show, and an idea I had from reading Batman comics, the Arkham Asylum dating service. Let me know if you could help me out with these, my e-mail is daisyone@comcast.net if you want to contact me.

Abadee, abadee, abadee, that's all folks!
