There's all kinds of problems with collecting email, from the junk items to the rerouted letters. And I have email in my box that's been sitting there unread for a couple of months, just because I don't have time to go through it all. I always open the ones I recognize first, I try to steer clear of attachments unless there's a Subject Line indication of what it is (if the From Line reads "J.P. Ragan", I might take a chance on whatever Britney porn he's sending, for example). And, of course, I'm basically using Friday evening to go through everything and get it all uploaded at one time. I get all the heavyhitters first, then scour through the leftovers in the race to midnight CST. Make the Subject Line clear. What have you tried sending so far?
