Hello, A local transmission shop could probably recomend a shop to rebuild the stearing pump, farm equipment repair shops for certain. Simular with the A/C compressor, a local truck shop could probably point you in a direction their.

There are many posts in the past about trouble shooting electrical issues that are almost certain to occur for a bird of this vintage; be nosey, check for heat at splice or connection points with full loads (DC volts), this can explaine why this or that does not turn on correctly. Find and open all electrical J-boxes and see if all looks OK. Keep notes on where those J-boxes are; a digital camera can be helpful here. If the wiring looks iffy and confusing, you can alway either label both ends of each wiring or play with one wire at a time; you do not even have to understand what that one wire does.

On and on... read the past posts. Most questions have been answered several time from several perspectives. Don

I purchased a Power steering pump from Bab's Hydraulic 800-783-3748.
They are Blue Bird wise. Good support.
