LOL....now I'm ticked. The post meant for you, was one on the "temptation of Christ", and His humanity. Evidently I clicked the wrong button and it didn't post. So I'm ticked that I lost it.

Anywho, the long and short of it was, that Christ had to be fully human in order to fulfill the just requirements of the Law, thus making Him a "spotless sacrifice", and to do what we cannot do, obey the Law perfectly, thus meeting the requirement of the Just God.

Also, Jesus had to be fully Divine as well, because God is infinitely Just, making the one sin of Adam infinitely offensive, so, to make provision for Mercy, it took infinite Mercy in the form of Jesus's sacrifice to pay the penalty for infinite sin.
