BOC should have picked Elena or Genida if they wanted a top 15 finish. Anyway Samantha represented Canada well (NT)CARMEN09:07:42 07/14/08 Mon
I hope it's all new girls of MUC next year, instead of the recycles. That's what keeps it fresh and somewhat honest. If MUC wants to win again, they need to start scouting now and convincing models to enter the pageant. They could also try casting calls at the universities. Go to the girls. Don't make them come to BOC. (NT)Brent16:23:27 07/14/08 Mon
see, i didn't see samantha as a natalie clone like i did with alice. i was too shocked by her harsh, plastic features to even bother comparing her to miss universe 2005. maybe she rocked it on that night to win miss canada, but something happened and she lost it at miss universe -- and it wasn't even shocking not hear her name called. from reading her forced interview at missuniverse.com to looking at the atrocious rodeo get up she wore for face to face interviews, she (imo) didn't do us proud. forget patriotism and cheering for her just because she's miss canada. and canada hasn't placed for the past two years. forget miss usa falling, this is one horrible trend/rut to get into (NT)johan16:42:30 07/14/08 Mon
