I also was not shocked Samantha didn't make top 15.. I called it last year with Inga and this year... Nothing against them, but it's a tough competition and it was a hard act to follow Natalie.. BOC has to remember that at Miss Universe facial beauty and that sparkle are the most important thing! There are tons of good bodies, well prepared girls.. but facial beauty and that extra something is what makes a Miss Universe.. Inga and Samantha didn't have it..Alice had the facial beauty, and Natalie had both. BOC has to stop with trying to create Natalie clones.. it wasn't Natalie's look that made her win, it was her whole package.. They need to find another girl that has this, and not a certain "mold".     I beg you pardon? Alice, Inga, and Samantha were not molded after Natalie. They all have different looks and Alice and Sam have different ethnicities than Natalie's. If anything Natalie was molded to look like a Latina (her natural hair is not dark) All of them represented Canada well, the level of dificulty in placing was higher for Alice, Inga and Samantha because their country has won so recently and because MU 2006, 2007, and 2008 were a lot more competive than 2005 (the number and the qaulity of the contestants in 06, 07, and 08 was higher than in 2005) Nevertheless we are proud of all of them! I have a question to you...How better or different Alice, Inga, and Sam would've looked if they were born in Canada (Alice and Sam came to Canada very young and were raised here)?
