Subject: Fair judging is impossible under the current method, no matter how many judges on a panel, rotating judges etc. The arbitrary awarding of one mark per judge doesn't work and makes it far too easy to favour dancers and dump others. It's time to overhaul the entire scoring system.

No scoring system is ever going to be perfect in a subjectively-judged sport. But breaking down marks into components, each with its own score, to create a total score, would at least a) force judges to watch EVERY dancer and b) provide justification for a final mark. If each component of the score was judged by a separate judge, all the better (eg a panel of 3, where one judge looks at technical components, one judge looks at execution...etc...)
