I have just had to remove several posts. Could the people from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and the University of Melbourne please stop posting rumors about the Simpson figure and signing their name as ACT Mum. Could the people with the Victorian IP address please stop posting messages about the Ayres team dresses and signing them as Aisling dancer. In other words, please don't post derogatory posts if you don't have the guts to sign your name to them. Jealousy is a terrible thing isn't it?

The support in the recall hall and by the teachers in the main hall was amazing and Julia was so relieved when she found out that there was an administrative error that meant her number was missed.

We would also like to thank Suzie & Fiona-Gaye who rushed to do her make-up as she still had to dance second in the recall group, she was shaking so badly that she couldn't have done it without their help and she was still shaking when she took to the stage.

Once again, many thanks, and the response from parents, teachers and dancers from across Australia shows how close-knit and supportive Irish Dancing can be.

To be picky, it was lovely for the few previous years to have been in a hotel or convention centre with lovely views, decent food available and a nice bar, to add to the social side of the event and for there to be somewhere nice to celebrate afterwards.
