I've seen this cheating happening for years without any pre-agreement. Here's how it works, ADCRG from a top school adjudicates a state/local Feis where his/her dancers are not competing. However, students from a different school with an ADCRG teacher who regularly adjudicates many larger Feisianna are competing. Adjudicator gives higher marks to ADCRGs school than they otherwise would in the expectation that their kindness will be repaid. A pay it forward if you will. My own, average at best, dancer has been the beneficiary of such idiotic treatment. It is so obvious when it happens. -- Australian Irish Dance Message Board
