Subject: What's going on with prices for AIO and Nationals?!?!

I know I should have done it last year, but now trying to book accommodation at Bankstown and Olympic Park. Why have the prices gone up so much and what are people doing? Last year Bankstown was $190 a night and now about $380 for the same room a night :-( I know it's not anything to do with AIDA but what are others doing? I can't even find anything for Nationals ....

Don't you remember what happened with the Bankstown hotel last year? They were taken over by Mercure who increased the prices due to renovations etc but honoured the AIO bookings that were made prior to the takeover. (NT) -- Old timer, Tue, Jan 10 2023, 20:40:19"
