Subject: Respectfully disagree. Other states don't get certificates ever, and they manage, asking for a "re-qualification" certificate is absurd, sorry but it is. There will be no worlds next year, so would be a complete waste of time. Can't believe people would ask for this. Make a home made one and give it to your kid if it's that important to you.
