If these were sent to someone, who is a part of the senior executive of AIDA, as indicated at the end of July on those docs, and the org STILL allowed the same adj’s to panel, there goes the integrity and honesty of the org. The negligence in the duty of care they have to their young dancers and families is beyond comprehension. I would hate to think this was swept under the rug to save money in finding a new adj and cancelling/reissuing flights & accom (NT) -- Brings the whole nationals into disrepute and the organisation as a whole now.
