Subject: Ridiculous. What happens if a dancer falls on one stage and the adjudicators ring the belll? If the stages are “side by side” they’re within close proximity to one another and a dancer could very well mistake the bell being rung for their stage (when it’s not) and mistakenly stop dancing! Just use two different rooms with recorded music!
In reply to: Done overseas 's message, "Two stages, set up side by side with their own panel of adjudicators. Sections with Hornpipes scheduled at the same time, and so on. Own choice danced one section at a time." on Thu, Apr 29 2021, 14:24:55"

  • At Irish Nationals, 3 stages dance side by side (it's 1 really large stage divided in 3) to one musician. It works fine. (NT) -- ., Sat, Jun 12 2021, 19:47:06"
