Her own ears pinned flat against her chiseled skull as her dark eyes glared balefully at the insolent mare. Words were for fools, it was time for action. Her head tucked back, she shot forward in a flurry of forehooves, her sharp flints aiming for the other mare's chest. Swerving to the left, she avoided a collision before snaking her head toward Rose's throat, her teeth coming together viciously.
