Help!

I discovered during some unsucessful work replacing fresh water pipes, that my windows are leaking again. Went outside to tighten the self tapers and a number of them were spinning free.

Not sure what to do now? The place that did the work in June last year had to be called back 3 times to solve the leak initially.

Should I expect them to leak some months later?
What should be my next steps with these people?
Can I insist they refund me for the work, or pay for someone else to do it?
