I fitted a 15hp Nannai to Charisma about 10 years ago and it's the best mod we have made.
The only problem is that there is only about 6 innches clearance above the oil filler, but I get over this with a funnel and a piece of plastic pipe. All the other bits are easily accesable.
I'm told that Nanni use newer models of the Kubuto engine than Beta. The other advantage is that if you require service bits or spares on the continent there's agood dealer network.
