Subject: TS240 Toe Rail

The toe rail leaks on Boobytrap due to the original mastic or bedding compound getting on a bit and also due to stress on the stanchions.
Now, someone has told me that there is a possibility that the toe rail will be holding the deck and hull together and therefore to be very wary about taking it off!
Has anyone had any experience of this?
