Subject: T500 Window Thickness?

When my windows were replaced last summer, I was told that the minimum thickness of perspex for marine use had changed since the trapper 500 was first built.

Is that true?

My problem is that the windows seem to be too stiff (not flexible enough) to wrap to the deck and the self tapping screws all work their way loose after a few weeks, to cause gaps for water to run thru.

What thickness should I use? Has anybody els had this prob?

Getting sick of the drips...

Neil

p.s. recent postings may indicate I'm already getting sick of ownership. NOT TRUE! Just a bit overwhelmed with the one-thing-after-another syndrome.
