I have actually got a reply from freeservers apologising for the soft porn and the aggressive pop ups.

I see the soft porn has now gone, as has the pop up for a razr phone, but the driveclean thing is still there. I've sent them a message telling them to remove it, but meanwhile I'm still annoyed about this enough to make the change.

It is a shame, I've been quite happy with the banner ads they have been using as they are well targeted, but people have been asking for a php style board for a while so this is as good a reason as any to move toward that.

Whilst originally I had thought the option was php or voy I realise now that we don't need to lose the Voy board at all.

I intend to have a link from the site to both Voy and php. I see the voy board being a useful archive as it has so much information, and can be searched using google.

I think the php board will take over as the new active board though. It is split into sections making it more structured, and it has its own search egine besides, which should make it a much better reference over time.
