I think it was about £400/£450 for the year plus mooring maintenance responsibilities.

That's reasonable for the position, and moorings don't come up all that often in the river.

we have had a mooring down there and one in Poole for a number of years now. This St Mawes one was a new one for us a couple of years ago, It's in a good position and the owners don't need it anymore. You can buy them but you need to be a local to find out that they are for sale in time to get a bid in.
