Subject: Who Are You Following? Continued....

After the long discussion below (Who Are You Following?) I am curious about some things, especially from Ketch. I've answered many, many questions here. Now I have a few myself- I sincerely want to learn more about how and why others approach this subject the way they do.

Why do you practice Kriya Yoga?

Do you have any objective proof that Kriya Yoga has any benefits?

Do you have any objective proof that one Kriya path/style/family is better than another?

If your own experience of the results of Kriya practice was in extreme disagreement with what you have been told by others, would you reject your own experience?
