Pro-comps instead of Amateur comps for a start. (And if they enroll in university they are not eligable for IVDA... something tells me they might not care...)

I think there are some restrictions as to how much amateurs are allowed to teach and how much they can earn for Demos and teaching. So I'd expect them to do more of both and charge more...

I'd be quite interested to know what the actual rules are regarding how much teaching / demonstrating you're allowed as an amateur, anyone know a good source?
