Donald is on day 2 of recovery, The doctor said he could possibly go back to work in 6 to 8 weeks, The only therapy that he can do is walking. So far we have 2 walks a day, we will see how that plays out after he feels better. In reply to: DH 's message, "Keep Donald "the Boxman" Hughes in your thoughts & prayers. He had surgery to repair a herniated disk that had ruptured and wrapped around the nerve. He had been experiencing back pain for a few days and today it became so severe that HR took him to the hospital. They admitted him and got him to surgery within a few hours. The surgery was successful and Donald could get to come home as early as Tuesday. Get well soon, Donald!" on 05/18/10 12:22am
