Subject: Yes and Doug from NRC jumped right in to help Roy after Merv had to leave. That's sportsmanship at it's finest! We told RO you better get around Roy so we can get our help back! Merv please let your TPSA family know if there's anything we can do to help.

Thankfully, his folks are fine (& the cat too) but they lost everything in the home and it's a total loss.
