Subject: ***Saturday...October 9th***

Only two races remain in the TPSA Season, and there will be only one team crowned as Champion at the 2010 Banquet. Coming in to this pivotal race, Joe Pigford has a slim 21 point lead over Richard Otwell, and Buddy Nickens, Rick Cowger, and Roy Pigford all stand a mathematical chance to take it way from the "Boss Hog". The weather forecast promises some outstanding conditions, and you know Dean and the staff @ HMP will have the track surface ready for anything the teams can throw at it. Who will step up, who will step down, who will rise to the occassion, and who will fold? Be there this Saturday and see all the action live!

Points Leader Joe Pigford

#2 Richard Otwell

#3 Buddy Nickens

#4 Rick Cowger

#5 Roy Pigford

Now for the first time, the Pundit's Picks for Saturday's event @ Houston Motorsports Park...

Richard Otwell 2-1
Richard's driving is much improved this year and with two wins in a row, he's the favorite.

Joe Pigford 3-1
Can't count the 2 time Champ out. Has lost some close rounds to R.O. and is looking for revenge.

Buddy Nickens 4-1
Very experienced driver, and the team has found some solid power.

Roy Pigford 5-1
Looking to rebound from an early exit at the last event.

Rick Cowger 6-1
Probably should be higher, but rumors persist the team hurt their "A" bullet. If the replacement is up to snuff, look for them in the late rounds.

You got the favorite in the wrong spot. Budman wants to win real bad. The team is hopeing for a better showing than HRP. We all know what that means. Good luck to all participants.

[> ***Disclaimer*** The "Pundit Picks" were just for fun and some entertainment value. The points race is so tight between the top five that the Championship is still up for grabs with two races left on the schedule. All of the teams in the top five are hungry for a win, very dedicated, and highly qualified.... one thing is certain, it's sure gonna be fun to watch this play out.! Good luck to each of the contenders, and to the "longshots" as well! -- ., 10/ 6/10 4:11pm

Time is getting closer and closer!!!!!!!!!! The race is only a couple of days away. No one had any replies to the pit pundant's predictions? I guess no one wants to count their chickens. Just think, the championship could even be decided on the very last race of the year. What if one car went out early and three cars did well? The last race could be very intresting. Come on now somebody needs to put the what if's on the site. At least get their favorite picks out there??????????????????????????
