We have 1/10 of the nations population here in California so we need to be the power house of pageants. We have to rework the Teen program on a quick pace so that we can send a teen to Florida that will be competitive this year. It feels like the higher powers have their own agendas not the organization as a whole in mind. We loose great volunteers due to the poor management and dishonest people involved. Aside from student loans what if a local is held after 2nd semester tuition due and paid by titleholder credit card? If trying to award scholarships, then remove obstacles and pay the scholarship to the college financial office, they in turn will reimburse the credit card. | |
