Koi just means love, Deangelo, it's nothing special, he reassures him, standing and limping from the room, ignoring the slight shock of pain in his leg and disappearing into the kitchen for a few minutes. Returning, the child still in his arms, though quiet now that he was being fed, Alex moves to sit on the bed, sighing softly. "Can you at least try to get along with each other?" he seems to be talking to both child and lover. "I don't think I can deal with anymore fighting...being left alone because my family can't seem to stand one another. Which brings up another thing...Deangelo, I don't mind you being with others. But if I allow you to do this, you can't keep my from Christophen and Lorenzo. They're the only family I've got left now. Besides...I'm slightly..well, in love with another as well. But he will not replace you, I swear to you on that," he murmers, lifting cobalt eyes to Deangelo's.
