- I firmly believe that RE is very well connected in the recruiting network. That my friend is a major weapon in the recruiting wars. Duquesne is hardly a household name in basketball to the kids we are recruiting so often he has to establish ties early based on potential. TJ McConnell is a perfect example. Are you suggesting that the success shown is a result of game day coaching, rabid fan support or what?
