Subject: Despite Pitt's success, they haven't exactly been bringing in boatloads of 5 star players. Dixon brings in guys who fit his system. He's never had a bunch of pure shooters. He had two white guys starting on a very good team a few years back, both of whom were big guys. For whatever reason, the best white guys seem to come from the heartland. Dixon recruits the East.
