With respect to tonight's game, one does not need to experience paralysis of analysis. At the end of last season, the Dukes were poor rebounders and poor shootRTS. If you can't shoot and can't rfebound, do you really expect to win basketball games? Answer NO! What did they do in the recruiting season to shore up those weakbesses, nothing!In recruiting what separates the men from the boys is the coaching staff yjay can recruit the 6'9. 6.10", 6'11" player that can rebound and shoot. The Evergart era has show an inability to attract those types of athletes. Until they do, we will remain in the abyss we currently reside in....one wherein 599 is a possibility on;y if we stack our out of conference schedule with a bunch of Division 2 or quasi Division 2 teams. Was it time for a coaching change at the end of last season?

  • The loss and PSU's ability to recruit are mutually exclusive. Actually, the presence of Saunders, Peggau and Marhold should have given us the edge in the paint.
