If I read Colin D.'s article correctly it appears the compliance guy found out after the fact, and then only as a result of the student manager needing reimbursment for his out of pocket costs. - Did any one else have a problem with Colin's last sentance...some were seen wearing adidas? The photo was from the '09 season as stated on their website, and there were a hodge podge of shoes nikes, adidas and others. This photo was probably taken preseason '09 as most websites are set up before even practicice is allowed, and most likely the kids came in in their own shoes.         Looks like Colin's article was either premature or incomplete. My only point of confusion is to wht the manager wouldve been let go--instead of RE saying "this is all just a simple misunderstanding". Think of it, the kid spent 360 of his 4000 earnings to pay for postage. Not chump change to a starving student. And too much to ask the student to eat.
