But, on the Facebook page from the team, the instruction say to mail any items directly to the unit (and the address is provided), but ensure that you tell them it's from the Broward program. Since, K-State and Texas Tech have not been implicated in this story, one can assume that they followed those instructions and mailed their items to the address provided. I'm not an NCAA rules expert, but I don't think that would be a violation. However, the Dukes mailed their stuff to the coach instead, and that is a violation.

I'm guessing the reason RE didn't know to send directly to the troops is because of his rule about no Facebook pages...(lol, I kid, I kid!). But seriously, I think that may be the distinction between what Duquesne did and what the other two schools did.
