Subject: Sadly, there is a point here. Undergrads have ridiculous amounts of entertainment right in the dorm rooms (xbox, cable, online gaming, etc.) and this is how they are used to chilling out. I think it’s time for the annual brainstorm of ideas (promotions and advertising) that will pull kids away from another “epic” game of Madden football and get them to bball games. I’ll start…Posters for games asking, “5 years from now, will you reminisce about your college days like this? (Picture of slovenly dude playing video games) or like this? (Picture of fired up student section at Dukes’ game)”
In reply to: KellyJ 's message, "That'a a very realistic ad showing the typical old, balding, fat alumni fans heading off to the Palumbo while the student body yawns, smokes some weed, chills out on video games. Yah gotta love the guys IPod too.......lol." on Thursday, November 04, 02:49:24pm
