My guess, and just a guess is that he was being punished a bit for not looking to pass at all in the first half. He had a few possessions in a row where he tried to take on the entire side while he had open teammates. Did not convert on any of those. Again - total speculation - but he was not sharing the ball much. Marhold, though, was in beast mode - lots of rebounds, quite a few blocks and really got up in the air on his dunks.
