Subject: In all the discussions, one of the things that has not got much attention is how well Sean has been playing. He is a very good defender, and now seems to be showing his scoring side.

  • I'm guessing we start Sean J. ( over Rod P ) with instructions of "You stick like glue to Abraham. Do NOT cheat off him to help out on defense. If someone else beats their man off the dribble let DS, JW or AM handle the situation." The only way DU gets beat is if Abraham beats us - the rest of their players will not be able to score enough to keep up with DU ( barring a horrendous night from 3 pt range ) - or - if we get a screw job by the refs (i.e.non calls on DU put backs, and hand checking as DU players drive to the hoop ). • Rebounds! I would start Rod for the rebounding. He had a great game, looked good, some nice moves, and we need to keep that momentum going, plus I think it helps Damian underneath to free him up a bit more so the 5 man isnt always beating him down.
