Subject: I think I read recently that Johnny Higgins ended up at Marshall. Seems like he committed for Cinicola at this point.

  • He was a partial qualifier, and didn't play last year. He wanted to play in the BE. He took a gamble and lost. Works that way in recruiting sometimes.
