Subject: There is a soccer stadium there, currently used by the Philadelphia Union. I believe the article read that it only held about 18,000.

Although I have never been to that stadium, Chester is not the best part of Philadelphia. I would assume that the arrangement would be similar to Pitt's with Heinz Field although much cheaper.
