Subject: Just a couple of (football) related thoughts: 1. UConn football seemed to come out of nowhere. It is now one of the better Big East teams. 2. Temple was kicked out of the Big East for being non-competitive, kind of funny considering where Rutgers was not too long ago and where Syracuse is now. Personally, I don't care for or about the Big East. I would like to see DU have a master plan for football, even if it is "just" to compete at the highest FCS level.
